The project is distinguished by its curved glass façades to provide the project with a notable architectural style. The project is composed of two buildings; existing building which will be renovated and a new building, the two buildings will be linked together through a common base of four floors in addition to open terraces. The new building consists of 5 basement floors containing car parking areas and general services and 8 floors. The 8 floors will include offices and meeting rooms while the last floor will include a café and open terrace which will be used of mechanical services.

K9 located in Yajouz - Amman, according to what was mentioned in the bid documents, on a total land area of 10,500 sqm. The total area is 1350 sqm for the building. The Project consist of the following: • Ground floor, with an area of approximately 1350 sqm, containing examination rooms, x-rays, treatment, operations, waiting rooms, and offices. Public service areas, staircases and entrances • Electricity room with an area of approximately 75 sqm

A five star facility located in the new downtown development of the Abdali district in Amman. The project will be constructed on Parcel 1C and constitutes of 7 basements, and 49 floors above the sub-structure including the ground floor lobby. A comprehensive landscape is located above the basement structure and surrounding the footprint of the building and extends till the edges of the project occupied plot. The project contains restaurants, gym and spa, with a revised total room count of 412 varying between single rooms, double rooms, executive and royal suites. A Pool Deck is located on the 6th Floor. The total parking count for this project is 192 cars all located in the basements floors. The project is designed by M/s Architectural Studio (AS) from France who has formed consortium with the specialized designer for building systems, envelops and structural elements and with a local consultant for supervision in Jordan.

TRAFFIC INTERSECTIONS
Al-Irsal / Al-Hurriya Intersection: The project includes the construction of a four-level intersection with a two-way tunnel with a length of approximately 130 m on Al-Hurriya Street, a two-way bridge with a length of 650 m on Al-Quds Street, a one-way bridge for traffic from Al-Hurriya Street (Al-Jumrok) towards Naour Intersection with a length of 480 m in addition to an intersection on the same level with traffic lights to serve detours in order to provide a safe service for traffic. It also includes the construction of the streets surrounding the intersection area and connecting them with the road network located within the project, as well as the construction of culverts and the necessary protection works and lighting works in addition to providing the project with the necessary signals and traffic safety requirements. -2 Marj Al-Hamam Intersection: The project includes the construction of the Marj Al-Hamam - Dead Sea intersection on three levels and the work includes the construction of a concrete bridge with a length of 227 m and a covered underpass with a length of 110 m and concrete retaining walls for the underpass with a length of 600 m.
